Ownership and senior leaders stay involved in the work. When an issue comes up with manpower, material, scheduling, design, or coordination, it reaches people with the authority to resolve it.
We commit to work we can deliver
We understand our capacity. We are not going to chase every large project simply because it is available. If we commit to the work, it is because we believe we can staff it, manage it, and perform it successfully.
What we run on
- Loyalty. Being referred by a client, or introduced to a future hire by a current one, is our highest honor.
- Experience. We do not offer a service until we have the team and talent to excel at it.
- Trust. We trust each other, and that lets us be straight with you about what we can accomplish.
- Value. We weigh cost against longevity over the life of the project.
Certifications
RJP is WBENC, MBE and WBE certified, and a NECA/IBEW contractor. The certifications create additional value for certain customers and projects, but they are not the reason we are qualified to perform the work. They complement our capabilities; they do not substitute for them.
Ownership
Jennifer Juan purchased RJP in 2021 and oversees daily operations. Senior leadership stays accessible when escalation is needed.
